Without some commonality that can be searched for, you will have to manually
give them a tag 9 (or whatever) using the name list sorted by RIN. Then in
Export Gedcom, hit Record Selection and in that screen, select All Tagged:
9. De-select the other options (unless you wish spouses, children, etc.) and
hit close. Proceed with the export.

Any help will be appreciated as to how to isolate just these individuals
for exporting to a GEDCOM file.
