Sherry: Found a minor label error: in the Customize form, "Data Format" tab there are two frames labeled "Term for Christening". The first one is in error as that frame has a checkbox for 'Highlight Living Individuals" and a 'Select Colors' button.
I see that in version 5, the Customize form has been re-organized, given more individual tabs and populated with more options. Discovered this while trying to understand the "invisible" person(s) discussion. Don't know if this involves the "Blank Records" option on this "Data Format" tab for which I have the default "Unknown" selected (don't think so). But rather is the new "Private" checkbox on the "Individuals Information" edit form. Checking this checkbox makes this person private (a new V5 attribute) and invisible on reports and web pages. Couldn't find the word 'invisible' in the Legacy 5.0 Help file. You might note in the documentation (help button on individual) that private individuals are also not exported by default, but that a checkbox is provided if you'd like to export them. Suggestion: The 'Individual Information' edit form has changed the "Exclude from Potential Problems" checkbox into a button which now allows individual potential problem types or all to be selected. A nice improvement. But, you can no longer tell if anything has been selected from the Individual Information form. I'd suggest a grayed out checkbox with a check in it if anything was selected placed next to the new button.
