Graham, Please ignore the previous response - I was looking at the wrong program. That is the trouble with using the computer before going to work of a morning <G>. The information re marriage is correct - in the Family View. The Chronological View shows the correct sequence. I do not have specific events recorded against the individual - should I have?

The events tab shows Marriage1 and Marriage2 in the correct order. In the Families List the marriages are in the appropriate ID order. Click on the Spouse icon and check they appear in order. Graham -----Original Message----- From: [EMAIL PROTECTED] [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] Behalf Of [EMAIL PROTECTED] Sent: 07 December 2003 10:17 To: [EMAIL PROTECTED] Subject: [LegacyUG] Sequencing in Descendants Report I have, in a Descendants Report, a man who was twice married. The first marriage is shown in 1922 and the second in 1930 The marriage dates are shown in the Report. The Report shows each marriage and the offspring of each marriage OK but it shows the second marriage [with offspring] first. The expression "next married" prefixes details of the first marriage which is shown 2nd in sequence. Perhaps I have the settings wrong but that is not obvious to me. Can someone advise me please?
