Edna, PAF 5, under the Export feature, let's you export your database to PAF 4. I have done this and have not experienced any data loss. Legacy can then import the PAF 4 database.

Especially attractive to me is the facility to import | directly from PAF without resorting to GEDCOM. But whereas I've | been using PAF 5 for several years, Legacy advertisements | mention only PAF 4 as a possible direct import source. | | Can SKS tell me whether there has since been an upgrade of | Legacy Deluxe with a from-PAF-5 import facility or, if not, whether | such an upgrade is likely in the near future? Best | wishes.............Edna Watson | Legacy User Group Etiquette guidelines can be found at: | http://www.LegacyFamilyTree.com/Etiquette.asp | | To find past messages, please go to our searchable archives at: | http://www.mail-archive.com/legacyusergroup%40mail.millenniacorp.com/ | | To unsubscribe please visit: | http://www.legacyfamilytree.com/LegacyLists.asp Legacy User Group Etiquette guidelines can be found at: http://www.LegacyFamilyTree.com/Etiquette.asp To find past messages, please go to our searchable archives at: http://www.mail-archive.com/legacyusergroup%40mail.millenniacorp.com/ To unsubscribe please visit: http://www.legacyfamilytree.com/LegacyLists.asp
