Hello all, My husband just got a new laptop..thought I would put my files on there. I'm using the newest version of Legacy. My family files restored just fine using the backup on the old computer then restore on the laptop...having trouble with the multimedia files. When I go thru "Restore Family File" on the menu and click on the photos.zip, the laptop says "No Family File found" or something to that effect. I know the backup copy is just fine on the CD..when I look at it, everything is in the same folders as on my desktop. I'm sure the answer is simple, but I can't figure out what I am doing wrong?
