Sherry, It is in the Menu > All Report (Books and others)... but it's not there if you click on the Reports button. Evert

Well, Brenda, I had never taken a look at the Forms Center and your e-mail prompted me to check it out. There are no forms listed there and I don't see any way to load forms into it.
