This looks like the case of the accidental checkmark.
Each citation of each source has an exclude from printing attached at the bottom of 
the personal source list
for  EVERY instance, separately.
Check the two people missing.

The *Events* print OK - it's the *Source Citations* that are not referenced
or printed
