Sherry and Dave:

First, thank you for your prompt reply to my issue.  I've never had occasion
to contact you folks before about any issues, but speaking from this
experience I appreciate the prompt, courteous reply and advice.

Now, I must say OOPS to Dave, I followed Sherry's instructions and whatever
the issue was, it has cleared itself up and I can now view and print the
reports I was having difficulty with.

If you would like to have a copy of the new file I created, I would be happy
to send it to you.  My thinking was perhaps because I entered an unknown
last name as (?) that it might have created the issue?  However, when I
deleted the (?) it did not resolve the Error 94 message.
