Using your details, I created an event, Physical Descreiption, then in
the description field, put "height 5'10", 180lbs with dark eyes and
hair"

Clicking the [Edit Event Definition] button, I changed the "If only
Description filled:" from
[HeShe] was described as [Desc].[Sources] [Notes]

To:
[HeShe] was described as being of [Desc].[Sources] [Notes]

This reads like:
He was described as being of height 5'10", 180lbs with dark eyes and
hair.1 (the 1 is of course superscript).

I think you get the idea.
