I now have copies of the pages that were rejected. Not only is the image missing, but also all the text that the images were attached to. The printing company regularly prints PDF files. They use a highspeed Okidata. They also sent the file to another printer who tried it on 2 different Xerox machines and they couldn't get them to print either.

Hmm, not sure what would be causing that error, Wayne. Since it works with other printers, the only thing I can think of is a problem with the printer at the printer's (boy is that confusing!) Maybe he needs to reconfigure something with the printer settings to handle pictures?
There wouldn't be anything in the report setup that would cause that problem.

Hello: I recently tidied up one of my family histories using the Descendant Report and sent the CD with the PDF file to the printer. The report printed beautifully with the exception of those pages with photographic images which sent them an error message. The printer was using a laser machine. He later took it to another printer who tried it on 2 different laser machines, and the same problem. occurred.
I am able to print these pages with my inkjet printer.
Have I missed something on the set up of the report that would cause this?
