Linda,

Go into Windows Explorer. Right click on the legacy.exe.local.txt file,
select "Rename" and remove everything after "local". Windows isn't
recognizing it as a "local" file - the file name should be legacy.exe.local

Thanks for using Legacy.

Hi Rodney,

Thanks for your reply. Yes I followed the instructions as per steps 2 & 3,
but on looking in my Legacy folder all that has been downloaded is a .txt
file called legacy.exe.local.txt I have just repeated the steps and the
same thing happened. When the "Save As" dialogue box comes up the options
are for saving as a "text file" or as "All Files" If I try changing from the
default of "Text File" to "All files" the download is saved as
legacy.exe.local..txt (note the two 'dots' before txt), but it still opens
as a text file which reads: "Save this file in the Legacy folder on your
hard drive."

Any further suggestions?

Linda
