Elaine I understand your logic, but what the query is actually doing is to find all individuals that have an event that isn't a census. So if, for instance there is an Occupation event and a Census event, then you will still get a match because Occupation isn't Census.
I think what you have to do is to search for individuals who DO have a census event and Tag everyone on the search list. Then do a new search for all those who don't have that Tag set. All my emails to the list lately haven't shown up, although I am getting emails from the list. Here is my question: I am trying to find all people that have no census events. Search for Individual event name not equal to census My event name says Census Yet I get results that have census events Please advice thanks Elaine Legacy User Group Etiquette guidelines can be found at: http://www.LegacyFamilyTree.com/Etiquette.asp To find past messages, please go to our searchable archives at: http://www.mail-archive.com/legacyusergroup%40mail.millenniacorp.com/ To unsubscribe please visit: http://www.legacyfamilytree.com/LegacyLists.asp Legacy User Group Etiquette guidelines can be found at: http://www.LegacyFamilyTree.com/Etiquette.asp To find past messages, please go to our searchable archives at: http://www.mail-archive.com/legacyusergroup%40mail.millenniacorp.com/ To unsubscribe please visit: http://www.legacyfamilytree.com/LegacyLists.asp
