Here is another version of confusing the computer. If you edit/unlink your data so the child has two parental marriages, One with the mother and no husband/father, and the other with the father and no wife/mother.
This is a band-aid at best. The powers that be may try to fix this, but it ain't fast. They should leave a bit of empty paper, but cannot pick up a spouse's name from UNKNOWN.

Took married name option - great
BUT one girl is not married and so indicated in Marriage Information, but "married" names shows on calender. He is not listed as Birthday not checked.
How to fix her name???
