I believe on one of the training CDs Geoff went through how to deal with
this situation.  As I recall, he records the entire census listing in the
Marriage notes, and then moves the indivdual records to the research
notes for each person.  Or maybe he recommended putting all the
records in the research notes for the head of the family?  I dunno,
something like that.  I keep all my Census transcriptions in Quattro
Pro workbook (spreadsheet).  I also use it to record folks who've
not been "linked in" to my Genealogy database too.
