Hi Lewis,
You'd need to export the people of this surname to a new (temporary) database and run the report from there.


It's a little messy as you want some spouses and not others.

Depending on how many generations you are dealing with, it may be easiest to export all descendants of your "patriarch" and then delete or unlink the spouses of the daughters in the new file. I presume you don't want to deny the existence of the daughters all together.
The alternative is to tag those of the relevant surname and then add the same tag number to the spouses you want to include and export just those tagged (no added parents, children, spouses). See the export dialogue to clarify what I mean.
