I too have received this attachment, but chose to delete rather than scan
and open (just in case). I also was under the impression no attachments
would 'get through' via the Legacy mail list.

Has anyone else noticed that  this message does in fact have the file 
attached, Attachments not allowed not withstanding?
I have downloaded and scanned this attachment and it is clean of viruses 
and does unzip to the described excell file, but how did it get through?
