Cindy, The customer number would also be on the packing list that came with the CD. It starts with a "5" and is in the same format as the v4 number. If it isn't there, send an email to [EMAIL PROTECTED] and they'll check on it for you.

I am still unable to use the Deluxe features. I used the customer # from my version 4.0 CD, as there was no customer # on my 5.0 CD. I did include the dashes on the customer #.
