I object. Everyone is assuming the naming process is logical. Who told you that. I list this locale as Richmond, Richmond IC, Virginia, USA. What we need to do is make notes about these unique situations in the location notes. Then accept the vaguries (?) of us all. The major purpose of GEO is to provide us with a system of tying locations to L/L. Rich in LA CA
