I had a similar (it seems) problem with a Descendant Narrative Report some
time back. I finally isolated it to one person in my database. To find it,
I began the report from each successive generation until I got to the person
who caused the report to lock up. Now, I'm sorry to say that for the life
of me I can't remember how I overcame the problem. I thought I had sent
messages to the list about the problem, but I've just checked my own saved
messages and there's nothing there. On thinking about it though, have you
tried Check / Repair before you try anything else? I seem to recall I
replaced the problem person - but other than re-typing all the information I
can't think how - and I'm certain I didn't do that anyway.
I'm really sorry I can't be of much more help - except to say that the
problem can be righted (assuming it IS the same problem I had!)
Cheers
Jan
