[LegacyUG] Follow-up - Not receiving own mail from LUG

Thanks to Brian I did some investigating, and found that somehow my own 
address had appeared on my MailWasher blacklist and was apparently being 
deleted from my ISP server before it appeared in the MailWasher list of 
messages.
So I apologise to everyone for my couple of repeated messages - I wasn't 
being hasty, just careless somehow in allowing my own address to be 
blacklisted!!
