Hi Wayne,
You can add PDFs (and other non picture formats like DOCs) to Events as either video or sound. However they are only accessible to you within Legacy. They are not added to paper reports. (I think they're probably not added to web pages either but I haven't checked that). Just like a video or sound file isn't included in a book report.
Legacy is not a PDF editor - it calls Adobe (Acrobat) Reader to read an attached PDF. The deluxe edition includes a PDF writer function but I think that's just a printing thing - there is no ability to edit the PDF within Legacy.
Cheers, Cathy

I would like to be able to add PDFs to Events and to have those PDFs print in reports, but would like to know if this is possible.
I have tried adding a PDF as a Photo, but Legacy doesn't seem to accept PDFs in such a situation. Someone earlier suggested adding a PDF as a Video which works, but I can't get it to print in a report.
I would appreciate any assistance.
Wayne
