Barbara, One way I've learned a lot about features is to "test run" some of the problems, reports, etc. that others post on this list. A lot of times, people send us exactly the individuals they've added and what the report output is, or exactly the six steps in a search they've run and what their output was, etc. Just open the sample database and follow their 'instructions' - I've found out a lot that way! and not affected my own data at all. Best of luck! and have a Merry Christmas! --Paula
