The issue I see is that apparently Title has a short character limit.
I'd MUCH prefer to see the feature provide for space of on-screen
display of the Caption and Description as provided in Legacy. A simple
Table would allow for that and, if neither is found, Legacy could do
what it does now and just provide the name and date ranges of the
person associated with the picture.

That's basically the issue. Should this information be a tool tip and
my view is that it really shouldn't be. It's a simple matter to offer
an option asking if this information should be shown with the picture
and, if so, provide the appropriate table for presentation. I've taken
the time to provide informative captions and detailed descriptions so
that web viewers can understand the origin of the picture and its
importance.

Once that hurdle is cleared I'd really like to see support for
displaying ALL pictures associated with each person instead of just a
single picture as it is now.

This feature has a LOT of potential but I'd argue that right now it's
pretty much in its infancy with regard to overall value. I'd rather
have it than not have it but as it is now, it's extremely limited.
People keep saying, "Can I see that picture you mentioned?" and unless
I hand code the pages, which I don't have time for, I can't get there
from here.
