As for the St. vs Saint, the Geo database has locations with both in it. As Bob mentioned, Saint" is the way that the location is in the US Geographic Names Server. Also, the official website for the city http://www.ci.stpaul.mn.us/ spells it out. Thanks for using Legacy.
