To the right of the children in the family view is a scroll bar. Just
scroll down. OR you can use the Add feature at the top of the screen.

Subject: [LegacyUG] Adding More than 10 Children
I just started using Legacy today and am entering the children of one
of my ancestors. The book says that up to 60 children can be added
for each couple, but I only see 10 boxes. I have filled those and
cannot get any more in which to add the remaining children. I'm sure
there is an easy solution and any advice would be appreciated. Thanks.
