Roy/Darlene That almost worked - but there is a bug in it I think. It works great if you use the screen/printer and Preview. Changing the fields works fine. But if you use CSV file then the file created only contains the fields from the top part of the selection screen that are ticked (what it calls the Grid Fields). But the Optional Fields are not sent to the CSV file.
Even if it did work correctly, the file has everyone in the list, not just the tagged people.
