This was an issue that was discussed when Legacy 5 was in Public Beta.
At that stage Dave said he'd look at an "invisible" option. Although I've asked several times we haven't had an update on this.
It would be very useful for cases like this. Someone isn't *really* private if their existence is shown.

If I have the second husband marked as private his name doesn't appear on the index lists of the web pages, but his spouse does have a link to second marriage to someone called 'private' for which a link is generated which then shows all details about this person except for their name (an unexpected result). If there is no marriage link then there is no link anywhere to this person (as expected).
Is this a bug, or is there a trick?
