It appears that you are using a proportional-pitch font (such as Arial or Times New Roman) for your Notes fields. These fonts will rarely . . .
I tried using courier (which is odd to look at now we have such font
choices!) as Bob suggested, and it did line up better in notes--but still was askew when I tried printing reports.
Am I being really dense?
