If you have one Event type, but multiple photos, here is what I did:
1-I have several ancestors that have 2 tombstones in the same cemetery (2nd one is military), so I have made 2 Cemetery events and attached one tombstone photo to each.
2-I also have photos of all of my great grandparents children, taken at different reunions. So I have added a marriage event and called it Children, then put the year and location of the photo and "Smith Reunion" in the event description field, and attached the photo that corresponds to the date. So I have several Children events, all with different years.
3-For my great grandfather, I have the CSA enlistment papers which consists of 6 pages. I scanned each page and added a Military event for each, and used the date on the page, and typed in the info from the page under Notes and attached the scanned page as a photo.

Subject: [LegacyUG] Tips on Pictures and events
Hi gang,
On searching through the TIPS ARCHIVE I found a tip for adding Pictures to my reports, but I have not been successful in reproducing that tip.
Here is what the tipster had to say about multiple pictures in Legacy reports: "After digging, I found that in Legacy you can associate one photo with each item on your event list. By rearranging your general notes onto multiple events, you can have multiple photos for one individual report. Click on the little SHOW EVENTS FOR THIS PERSON icon, select or create an event, click on it, then click on the ADD PICTURE icon. Now, by using the updown arrows, you can arrange the events (photos) in the order desired. The resulting report is fairly impressive and you can retain the table of contents and index that you would lose if you exported to the RTF file."
I am using Legacy 5.0 Deluxe. Here is what I did:
I opened FAMILY VIEW to Ole Anderssen, and clicked on his name to open the INDIVIDUAL INFORMATION window.
Then in the EVENTS box I clicked on the ADD and typed in an event titled County of Akershus.
This is where I got stuck. What are the next steps needed to add multiple events with a picture attached to each event, and then what steps are needed to print out this report with all of the events and pictures associated with that name?
Thank you, George
