I also use OL 2003 with SP1 and I'm not getting duplicates. It may be a
problem with your ISP.

You might want to update OL 2003 to SP1.  I don't know if this will fix your
problem but I have run into similar situations in the past with Outlook 2003
and receiving email from distribution lists.

I am not receiving multiple emails and haven't been able to duplicate it.
