Mary, I'm pretty sure this list does not allow attachments. Also, given the latest thread on how to pare down regular email responses to help out those with slower connections, etc., I don't think screenshots would be appreciated.
Suggestion: When you need help with something and someone has described a solution and you would like to get more details (e.g., a screenshot), you can always contact them offline. Personally, I have found I learn a lot more by trying to follow their suggestions and poking around until I "see it" - rather than perhaps having it handed to me. On the other hand, I think that once someone's problem/query is fully defined, the solutions/answers offered here are detailed and accurate.
