You appear to be talking about the report/printing of the Name List.
That can be whatever Search group you've chosen.
To change a Focus Group to a Search group you need to use Search - Miscellaneous Searches Tab (I only learnt that last week or was it the one before :-))
Then use the Print button - and you'll find the dialogue you are talking about.
At least I think that's what you are looking for.
