Hi Kay,

Have you checked that you have the correct text in the TO field - i.e.

LegacyUserGroup
NOT
Legacy User Group

If the rule doesn't work it generally means you've typed something
incorrectly - hence it will stay in the inbox and not be moved to the
relevant folder.

An alternative is the subject line contains
LegacyUG
