Hi Liz,
I saw that others gave you suggestions on entering locations, but didn't see any comment on why you are having trouble getting your messages onto the group.
I believe the group is set up to only accept text-only messages, and your note came through in HTML. You might want to check your mail program's settings to see if sending only in text mode to the Legacy group would work.
