I went there. The page that the Users Group link on the left hand page, led to is or was down. So I went to the link above, clicked on the drop down User's Group, clicked on the link that seemed as though it would do the subscribe thing, and assumed the blank email for for subscribing... but not... oh drats. I'll try another day.
