[LegacyUG] Ability to produce editable foot and end notes.

And may I add to Don's comments (below): the ability to produce reports in 
which I can manipulate endnotes and footnotes, just as I would had I written 
the whole report on my text editing software.   I just went out and 
purchased TMG just so I could have something that I could use to produce 
fully editable reports.  I don't like TMG.  I like Legacy.  PLEASE PLEASE 
give us a text file that will allow text editing software to manipulate 
footnotes and endnotes; i.e. to designate them as end notes or footnotes, on 
whim, move them, add to them, delete them and move them about in the report 
(in each case, allowing the software to automatically change the number).

Please add me to what appears to be becoming a long list of Legacy
users with complaints about bad results with reports.
Everyone of the listers below is voicing an opinion that has been
gnawing at me for some time. I don't care if I ever see a Chinese
language version ... let me produce some reports that will properly
reflect the hard work and pride that I and so many others have put
into researching and documenting our histories.
