I would like to suggest that Legacy made a mistake by including the GEO database in v5 and not addressing the known reports issues. As others have so eloquently noted, the best data is worthless without proper, bug-free reports. Whatever is being planned for v6, I would hope that the reports issues will be of the highest priority and extraneous "bells and whistles" will be set aside.
