There is no need to be rude. If you didn't subscribe yourself, then someone must have done it for you. However, that said, if unsubbing yourself didn't work the first, second, or even the thirs time, you say you went to the web site. Why didn't you contact the support staff to get help. If you gave them a reasonable explanation of the steps that you had taken, then you wouldn't be in this predicament.
Take a deep breathe, relax, and calmly ask support (mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]) for help.
And be polite. :-)

I am so fed up with you people. Do you not get the words "GO AWAY AND STOP FOOLING AROUND ON MY COMPUTER? I have unsubscribed so many times it's a joke. You say 48 hours. Try 3 months daily! I have gone on your web page. I've tried unsubscribing in all the places you say. Don't blame me. Get somone who can do the job if you can't. I don't want any more of this junk on my mail.
