The only feature that isn't available at this time, but is being worked on for a future release: images in events don't display. There are many requests for this feature pending and Darrin has stated in the list that he is working on it for a future release.
I just switched from HTML webpages to TNG for web publishing this week. I've had a few problems with importing photos that I've not figured out yet but I'm realizing just how wonderfully this is going to work with Legacy, being able to simply import updated individual gedcoms. (It was way out of hand doing a website in HTML, thousands of pages....)
I'm not sure if this is what you're talking about but I had been recording links to images in my event data in Legacy in HTML and in this way I'm able to show images with events. I also link to thumbnails I've made so the thumbnail images appear in the Event field. Click and it takes to the image.
