Have you solved the relationship calculator problem that was found in Legacy 4 and 5? Second marriage of the common ancestor caused one generation to be lost in the relationship chart swap for descendants of first and third marriages.


Relationship calculations appear to be good when a Legacy file has direct ancestors only for the two individuals and no extra spouses.

Sid reported that problem to the list about May 2004 and I demonstrated to Geoff on his Legacy demo laptop at a conference in October 2004. Relationship calculation for descendants of first and third marriages of a common ancestor should not be affected by entering the second marriage in date order.
