I have found that repeated creation of an Individual Report will create different results.
I created a database with 4 individuals:
Child, Mother "Biological", Father "Adopted", Mother "Adopted"
Set the Child Relationship to "Biological" for the Mother when selected with the biological unknown & Mother.
Set the Child Relationship to "Adopted" for the Father/Mother when selected with the adopted Father & Mother.
Next set the biological Mother as the selected parent for the Child with the Child set as the opening person.
Exit Legacy and Run Legacy again, then run an Child Individual Report > Preview and note the parent relationships:
Father: blank Mother: Mother "Biological" = blank Father: Father "Adopted" = (Relationship: Adopted) Mother: Mother "Adopted" = (Relationship: Adopted)
Next close the report and > Preview again note the parent relationships:
Father: blank Mother: Mother "Biological" = (Relationship: (Relationship: Adopted)) Father: Father "Adopted" = (Relationship: Adopted) Mother: Mother "Adopted" = (Relationship: Adopted)
