As Dennis says, Locations and Localities are two different things. The
To-Do Localities can be quite informal - they only need to be
meaningful to you. Their purpose is to allow you to group To-Do's by
where you plan to do the work. For example, I have Localities called
Home, Internet and Adelaide, amongst others. Home is for stuff I need
to be at home for, such as re-organising my To-Do's :), Internet is
for stuff I need to search for or order over the Internet, and
Adelaide is for those To-Do's next time I visit Adelaide. Some people
only use Repositories, but I find it helpful to use both. For example,
there are several Repositories in Adelaide (Mortlock Library, SA
Maritime Museaum, SAGHS), and it is helpful to be able to pull out all
the relevant To-Do's for my next visit.
