Good day all, as you can see I'm a newbee, and already I'm calling on you guys to help, My problem is this :- I downloaded the latest update yesterday and after installing, the following occurred, when opening my Legacy Deluxe, it opens to the Family View screen and before the tips window pops-up the whole screen freezes, I can only close the program by restarting my computer, an error window then opens which reads, "Run Time Error 402," and that I must close or hide the Modal at the top. I went to the Help on Line page and tried the repairs mentioned etc, but nothing is working, can someone help please??!
