Further to my previous post, a comment on sorting the Master Location List when there are Locations with more than four fields. On the Master Location List Sort... dialogue, you either need to select Direction of Sort: Right to Left OR manually edit the Left to Right Sort Order. Otherwise you can get some non-intuitive results (at least they're not intuitive to me)! Rob
