Why depend on luck that the RIN or MRIN never gets changed or reused. The BEST control of document filing is to assign your own unique numbering system and TAKE advantage of the 'File ID' provision provided by Legacy. Then you control the ID numbers and filing is simple as adding the next new document in sequence to your cabinet/notebook. ---- sorry the first message was sent before completing my comments.
