Cathy you're a legend, that URL tip from Legacy was fantastic.
I tried it on another machine, and it worked a treat.

A slight alteration that I used was editing the Picture List file that was
created in the process. You get a choice to Print the result, save it to a
file, or view it. If you choose to save the file, the option is there to
create a batch file to do the file copies for you.
I used Word to Find/Replace, so I ended up with things like Copy
C:\legacy\Picture\kids.jpg C:\newlocation then pasted the finished result
into Notepad, save it as a batch file, and Run it.
This really saved me some time especially as my picture file was running
into three pages<g>.

But I'm really grateful to Cathy for pointing this one out.

Is there anything this program won't do?

Thanks everyone
