Subject: Re: [LegacyUG] Place for location of marriage

Hello Brendan and List

Sorry my original message was not clear enough it should read:

I have just received the Video lessons from Legacy and following the advice
I entered the location of a marriage as Collyhurst, Manchester, Lancashire
(without the name of the Church)

Then I entered the name and address of the church in the marriage address
rolodex as St Patrick's Church, Livesey Street.
I then displayed the Chronology screen and noticed that it does not display
the Church address just the location Collyhurst, Manchester, Lancashire Two
questions Where do I ensure that the church address is displayed and have I
entered it in the correct place.
Should I include the full name and address of the Church in the Location
field If this is the case then it appears to be at odds with what Geoff is
saying in the training video's

I think that sending a Chronology to a relative that did not give the church
of Marriage or Baptism would not be much use.

Any help would be appreciated

John
If you click on the marriage panel in the Family view you will bring up
another window called marriage info. After you fill in the date next is in
and here fill in church name first and location after. You should see all in
Chronology View.
Good luck
