Hi Rodney and others, That's the biggest "problem" with Legacy! <vbg> So MANY features it's impossible to know them all. That's one of the benefits of this group - you / we might not have found or used a certain feature but you can bet someone else has and will point you in the right direction.
A good tip for users - whenever you use any of the drop down menu options - keep your eye out for Shortcuts. It's also worth looking at the Shortcut Keys entry in the Help Topics Index - definitely some useful ones there - like Ctrl-P among others! Regards ......
