Then why on the individual report does it show Spouse, Marriage Date and
Place?

It just doesn't show the Marriage events.

This doesn't seem to be totally consistent.

Because the report is for the individual and not the marriage.  You can
include the marriage events on the Family Group Report.

Why can't Marriage events be included on the Individual Report?

The option is Grayed-out. Is there some way to enable it? Or is it just
not
intended for the Individual Report.
