Hi John,

It was Stuart who claims legacy can enter EXIF info into the description
field.  However, I think he is confusing this with the JPEG comment field, 
which of course it totally different.

If Legacy sees a JPEG comment, it will offer to copy to the description field.

Legacy already offers to place the Exif Image description into its 
description field when attaching images.
